1 pkg instant mashed potatoes
1/4 cup Racconto Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Racconto Grated Romano Cheese
1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tsp Milk
2 cups Racconto Plain Bread Crumbs
Follow cooking instructions on package of instant mashed potatoes. Once potates are cooked, add parmesan cheese, romano cheese, milk
and shredded mozarella and mix. After mixing, place in an open 2 quart casserole dish and cover with a layer of bread crumbs and a little
more parmesan and romano cheese. Bake at 375 for about 1/2 hour or until the top is brown. (You can also add sour cream on top
once it has been removed from oven)
