Fettuccine con Broccoli e Salsiccia

1 lb Racconto Fettuccine

1 lb bag of frozen or fresh broccoli florets, steamed

1/2 lb mild Italian Sausage, remove from casing

1/4 cup of Racconto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tsp of Racconto Chopped Garlic

2 Tbsp butter or margarine

1/4 cup of Racconto Grated Romano Cheese

Add salt & pepper as needed

Prepare pasta according to directions.  Continue with recipe while pasta cooks.  Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking up the meat as it cooks. 
Once the meat is cooked remove from the heat and drain excess oil derived from cooking.  In a separate skillet, saute olive oil and garlic until the garlic
begins to change color, then add the sausage and remove from heat.  Mix cooked pasta, sauce, butter and cheese.  Toss well and serve immediately. 
Makes 5-6 servings.
